    Welcome to Strom Thurmond Career and Technology Center (STCTC). On behalf of the faculty and staff we are honored to play a role in the development of Edgefield County's youth. STCTC takes Education that Works to Engage, Empower and Enrich to heart each and every day. We prepare our students to enter directly into the workforce or to continue their training and/or education at a two or four-year college or university.

    The needs of businesses and industries in South Carolina require employees to have specific credentials and most often two-year degrees. Most of these jobs are in demand and are highly compensated. STCTC lays the foundation for our students' success.
