Juju Stevens and Braylon Staley Named to Prestigious Shrine Bowl of The Carolinas All-Star Game

Johnston, SC – Strom Thurmond High School football standouts Juju Stevens and Braylon Staley have been named to the prestigious Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas All-Star Game, which matches some of the best high school seniors from North Carolina against those from South Carolina.

The South Carolina roster announcement of 44 players was made Sunday afternoon (9/17).

Juju plays several positions for the Rebels but was named to the Shrine Bowl team as a linebacker, his primary position. Braylon, a wide receiver and kick return specialist who is committed to the University of Tennessee, was added to the team as a wideout.

Through four games this season, Braylon has 28 catches for 377 yards and four touchdowns. Juju has four solo tackles, 10 assists, a sack, an interception and four catches for 47 yards and two touchdowns this season.

The 87th Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas is scheduled for Saturday, December 16, 2023, and will be played at Spartanburg High School.
